What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address, the design files you upload, and your notes. When you pay, the payment itself is handled entirely by Square — we never see or store your card details.
Why we collect it
Only to prepare your quote, communicate with you about your order, produce your handles, and ship them. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond the service providers below.
Who processes it
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). Emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Square. Shipping estimates and labels use Canada Post. Each provider only receives what it needs for its role.
How long we keep it
We keep order records (including your files) for as long as needed to honour your order and our accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your design files and personal information at any time once your order is complete.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to us at the email address on your quote or order emails and we will respond promptly. Elitefoos is responsible for the protection of the personal information it holds.
